Nomination charm was beautiful and delivery was ok but I was so disappointed that the charm arrived in a small box with no nomination gift bag as it was a birthday gift. When buying nomination from anywhere else I have always received them in a gift/presentation bag.

I can see that you have been in touch with our customer service team who have advised you that orders for Nomination charms will now arrive in reduced packaging, excluding gift bags, in order to help with reducing waste.
