Watched a YouTube video to learn how to use this tool, but still had trouble with trying to add a new Charm. I went to a local shop and asked if they could show me. Hopefully next time I’ll be able to use it correctly!!

John Greed website is fantastic to use and great service from them❤️ sorry for the low star rate, but it's the product, not the company at fault. It helps to take the charms off, useless for trying to get them back on! best of luck to anyone trying to use it 😉
