Had my first delivery this week, absolutely love it. Already looking forward to the next one!

I've been a customer for over 3 years and never once been disappointed with the quality or items in my boxes. I can not rate Coven highly enough and recommend it frequently to friends and family!
I love that they use independent makers for the soaps and candles and it has been a real joy slowly seeing their own branded products appear 🖤

I love my boxes and look forward each month to getting one. They were really great when I said could there be no bath products due to ezema.

I have loved my Coven Subscription experience so far ! I have always enjoyed the spooky things in life and getting a little gift for myself every month really brightens my day ! Its a nice mix of spooky things that I decorate my house unique jewellery, art, and useful items for the witching inclined individual! Would and have recommended it to my spooky friends 🧡

My first subscription box arrived today and it was everything and more! Each item was themed beautifully together and amazing quality! I really wish I found this company sooner and I already can’t wait for next month!

I subscribe to a few monthly boxes but this one is now a firm favourite.
Sign up was quick and easy & I also qualified for some free gifts which they stagger over a few months.
I also ordered a mystery box with some of the past boxes items which meant I received something straight away as I signed up after the cut of point for the previous box.
All the contents have been relatable to my interests and I love the unique jewellery (purple is my favourite colour 😍).
The quality is awesome & it's worth every penny.
I wish they did 2 mystery boxes a month 😂!
10/10 will definitely keep this subscription.

I absolutely love this subscription box! All the items that we get are so well thought out by the team and I love that there is different theme each month. I am also a huge collector of pin badges, so always so excited to get one of these each time. Honestly, if you love all things gothic, macabre, horror, spooky etc then this is the subscription for you. You totally get your moneys worth and added bonus, some goes to charity too! What's not to love?! 100% recommend, you will have so many cute gothicy items to place around your house and wear the most beautiful jewelry, you wondered why you didn't subscribe sooner!

Loving my subscription boxes so far! Great quality items, well curated to the month's theme. The specially designed items are always beautiful.
I've had a couple of one-off boxes so far too, and they have been equally high quality and thoughtfully put together.
Communication with the company has been great, an item arrived broken one month and they replied to my email within hours!
Definitely recommended for anyone spooky/witchy who wants a monthly treat.

I really love my subscription boxes, the items are really good quality and things I would have picked out myself. It’s a lovely gift to myself each month and I love how there is a mix of branded items and exclusive items that you can’t buy from anywhere else. I would recommend if you like alternative style to sign up to the boxes - I haven’t had anything so far that I didn’t like but if you do they are lovely items that would be nice gifts for a friend too (if you could bare to part with them)

I’ve been a subscriber for quite a while now, and I’m always in love with what I get. The main thing for me is that I feel like I get my money’s worth each month. I love the variety in themes and what you get in the boxes - even when the theme isn’t 100% my vibe, there’s still enough in there that I enjoy (plus you can pause if there’s a theme coming up that you really don’t love, which is super helpful). I’ve discovered a bunch of new small businesses that I now buy from because they’ve been featured, which is awesome.

We have been subscribers for well over a year now and love these boxes (and the Halloween and Creepmas Advents).
They always arrive quickly, even to a Scottish Island and my daughter and I love them - actually I pay and my daughter claims most of the awesome contents. I don’t know how they put all that in for the money we pay 😳

I have been getting the Coven boxes for a while as what intrigued me initially was the idea of gothic/spooky/creepy/unique items, supporting small businesses, vegan and cruelty free items and that they donate money to the Sophie Lancaster Foundation.
I always get excited before a delivery of my Coven box and can't wait to open it as I look forward to what surprises are in each box (you get told the theme in advance, but the specific items are not listed until the box arrives) making it more fun. Their Halloween and Creepmas advents are brilliant! I am a very happy customer; each box is unique and different; as is each theme; and I love the range of items you can get (from bath fizzers, jewellery, home decor, badges, magnets and so much more!). Each box and theme is fun and fabulous; each product in the box is of great quality. You can tell the thought and passion that has gone into each box by Coven. The boxes make great treats for yourself or for someone else and are really well priced. The boxes are posted promptly each month and the team behind Coven are lovely and also helpful! I highly recommend Coven and I am really looking forward to what they bring next.

I can't say enough good things about these guys! Not once had any issues with them. Boxes arrive in great condition with an amazing selection of goodies. Been subscribed over a year now along with getting a few of their one off boxes. If I ever have an issue they are always there to sort it out. I have even found my new favourite loose leaf tea brand through these guys. I can't ever seen me unsubscribing!

I love all the boxes, you get 8-10 items.
A leaflet that has two recipes on them. One being a recipe for drink and a recipe to cook chocolate for example.
You get earrings, necklace, other gothic stuff.
Coven is an alternative gothic subscription box that comes to £33.99 a month.it also has a boo boo box that comes to £8.99 for those who are on a budget.
The customer service is great usually they reply after 1-2 days. I took a little break and resubscribed.
Can’t wait until my box in January.

The subscription boxes are great. The customer service is not. I recently returned to Coven as I had to previously leave due to finances. My third box has not arrived. Not their fault but I'm told I can't have replacement until the 10 working days it takes royal mail to consider it lost. No checking. No looking into it. Just told to wait. I've unsubscribed. That's two weeks from dispatch. Very unhappy.
