I’m constantly having to check my hrs , wages Etc
They always get it wrong
They email
You days after a shift telling you to come in 4 days ago , all the time it’s wrong

They keep saying I’ve not logged in etc , it’s BS
Worst experience ever they stress me out
Would not recommend to anyone

This isn’t the experience we expect, especially given the impact it’s had on you. Having to repeatedly check your hours and pay, receiving incorrect shift communications, and feeling stressed by ongoing issues is not acceptable, and we understand why you’re frustrated.

We’re taking ownership of the concerns you’ve raised and will make sure the right teams review what’s happened, including the issues around shift notifications, login records, and pay accuracy. We want to understand where things have gone wrong and put them right.

Great T&A System which also supports compliance

Having worked with various T&A systems, I am pleased to have worked with JU for three years. As a company, we have found correspondence with our support team more than efficient and managed our requirements well. They systems works well for both our clients and our business.

Great experience with JoinedUp

Really pleased with the service from JoinedUp. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear and quick, which made the whole process straightforward.

I've been using JoinedUp now for many years, and although it has some shortcomings, in the main it operates very well for shift and daily bookings. Would recommend.

Great platform for managing shifts and staying organised

I’ve had a really positive experience using JoinedUp so far. The platform makes it easy to view and manage shifts, and everything is kept clear and well organised. It’s especially useful having real-time updates, which helps avoid confusion and keeps things running smoothly.

I also found the system straightforward to use once I got familiar with it, and it’s clear that it’s designed to make shift work more efficient for both workers and agencies. Overall, a reliable and helpful platform that does what it’s meant to do. Would definitely recommend.

I've found Joinedup really easy to use

I've found Joinedup really easy to use, I like that the calendar allocation screens are really clear, and I can see everything and all the changes in real-time. It's taken away so many spreadsheets that we had to use before, and we can keep all the communicaiton between our users in the platform, rather than over email. I can also send our text reminders and messages to all of my workers if new shifts are free, which is handy. With dozens of sites and hundreds of shifts to fill every day, the features and volume management have been invaluable to us.

Definitely recommend this for your company as well, it's such a game changer

Have used JoinedUp for several years to…

Have used JoinedUp for several years to manage contingent workforce. The system is intuitive, reliable and great for managing high volume, fluctuating - shift based labour.
The system is also backed by a dedicated team with real industry knowledge.

Would definitely recommend to anyone considering a better way to manage their workforce.

Joined up Is a versatile system

Joined up Is a versatile, reliable and effect system that is supported by high quality training material, a fast responded ticketing system for problems as well as great account coordinators.

It's easy to use for worker/ client data bases as well as a booking system. Flexible enough to ensure all bookings are managed with in the working day and robust enough to allow effective management of all compliance aspects.

Fully recommend trying to see if joinedup fits your business needs as it did ours.

Don't say you weren't told to stay away from joined up

If I could give zero stars I would, this app does not serve any purpose.too many flaws , mines hasnt been working since November 2025 which resulted in no pay being processed.think whoever created this program needs to go back to the drawing board.
Anyone id steer well clear of this.
Id certainly deem it useless and I know others who would say exactly the same.
No support whatever from joinedup either.
Do yourself a favour and bypass joinedup all together you will be saving yourself a migraine which lasts months due to the stress of it failing.
Then states to contact them they send a verification code that doesnt even work so cant contact them..

Hi Ryan, Not being paid as expected is very serious, and we completely understand how frustrating and worrying that must have been for you. As a first point of call, I would suggest contacting your recruitment agency, as they are responsible for the planned hours and payment you recieve. JoinedUp is a software to schedule your hours and calculate your payments,however we are not responsible for your payment not being processed.

With that said we would love to be able assist you further with being able to log into your JoinedUp portal. Please note that we do not have an app, and so we advise that you log in through our portal: app.joinedup.com. If it is your username and password that you need assistance with, we can certainly help with that.

I'm also concerned to hear you feel you received no support. That’s not the standard we aim for, and we’d appreciate the chance to review any previous contact so we can understand where things broke down and put it right.

JU is a terrible scheduling platform

JU is a terrible scheduling platform. It is an even worse procurement platform. It's cumbersome, every process is laborious, it's UI is terrible. Customer support is useless. I've clearly explained my issue to them 6 times in the last 8 days and they continue to respond with solutions unrelated to my issue. I need their system to work because the operational ability of my company depends on them and because they don't even understand their own system I can't bill my clients and haven't been able to bill them so for this year. If we can't get paid, we can't pay our contractors. DO NOT USE THIS SYSTEM IT IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU WILL EVER MAKE.

While we’re pleased that we were ultimately able to resolve the issue for you, it’s clear that getting there took longer and required more back-and-forth than it should have. This ticket was flagged to me before your feedback on TrustPilot and we have reviewed this case internally and provided additional training to our support team on how to communicate more clearly and to be aligned on finding the root cause.

can't acces my worker account

can't acces my worker account. the agency claims no causality & faults the website, websites contactees faults the agency for my access eliminated. password reset link does not work.

Unsafe CRM for our business

Unsafe CRM for our business and couldn't, or more likely, wouldn’t make the changes needed to make it compliant.
We are tens of thousands out of pocket with nothing to show for it.
Had to give one star when zero was more warranted.

I hate it with all my heart for simply one reason. When you create a password the website has crazy demands. It took me 20 minutes and I don't remember how many attempts to create a password. This is extremely unsafe. Noone will ever remember a password created up to their crazy standards so you will simply have to write it down (extremely unsafe) or create new passwords every time...
