With FOUND Weight Loss, I paid for a full year of membership fees upfront, never gotten any medication, and customer service doesn't respond. This has been going on for almost three months.

HORRIBLE!!!! I had my consult, paid the fees and it's been 2 weeks and NO MEDS!!! Lots of excuses, billed a second time and still NO MEDS. Stay away from this company!!

Absolutely horrible. It took 2 months for my provider to actually pay attention to my request to change medication. I was charged for the current medication but a day or two later my doctor DID change my medication to the one I requested and I was charged again. I asked for a refund on the first charge since that medication was canceled. However, the support staff took it upon themselves to cancel my new medication (without dr approval) and is instead sending me my old medication yet again. This is not only fraudulent, it's extremely dangerous for patients.

This was a shockingly horrible experience. From the day I signed up there were nothing but problems.
First it took 2 weeks to get an appointment so pay for the monthly "membership" for nothing just to wait for an appointment. The appointment itself was easy enough. The follow up? Non-existant.
Another week goes by waiting for a plan.
Another week for him to send in the medicine.
Month two, another monthly fee.
Medicine is denied by insurance and I ask for a PA. One week later they respond and are "working on it". Denied again.
Request another medicine, don't hear anything for over a week.
Second medicine gets sent, it's denied. Ask for a PA.
My insurance never got a prior authorization from them for either medicine. What they did get is a bill for $215 dollars, which I owe because of course they aren't covering that absolute scam "office visit".
So I finally gave up.
2.5 months, $300, and I have nothing to show for it.
Oh yeah. They don't have a number to contact anyone. They have "customer support".. which is as useless as the whole program.
Icing on the cake? They charged my card for the $215 office visit today. No head up, no authorization. Just got an email saying thanks for paying.

I have gone through a month with the program and initially the first provider I spoke with was rude, not helpful, and didn’t read my file. Additionally, my prescription is delayed and my copay was “accidentally” double charged. For a service that costs as much as this, the delay in customer support being upfront about those shipping delays is atrocious. Support takes forever to respond, if they even do, and their responses are all canned and they do not display any empathy whatsoever. Horrible experience, wish I could get the money I paid back just because of the terrible support experience alone.

I am a "new client" and they have taken my subscription money, but no word on anything else. I wish I had read some of these reviews first. God I hope I haven't been scammed out of $500+ dollars for a six month subscription! AND like a lot of people have said, THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

So had a lot of questions before I made the final decision, and nobody got back with me. So if this is how they start off with me then I think I will pass. I keep getting information about finishing my final payment , however a request to talk to somebody went unheard after a person I was talking to said someone will reach back out to me. This really appears to be a scam and it may not be but if its to difficult to reach customer care i rather pass.

My coach does a great job of keeping in touch with me, both motivating and challenging me and has been the most helpful part in my ongoing journey. Mostly the focus is on keeping my mindset and goals right, my health and my overall wellness. My clinician has been very helpful as well, always prompt in responses, and listening and providing personalized advice through challenges.

I have loved the ease of access to coaching and healthcare professionals. My medication has been effective for craving control. I plateaued for about a month and worked with my coach and provider to adjust my dose; I got back on track and have been pretty consistently losing weight each week.

I started on my Found journey at 210 pounds. Truthfully have tried every diet out there. Found is more than that, it’s a community. You have the support you need when you need it. As much or little as you want with no pressure. I’m now at 122 pounds and the healthiest I’ve been in 15 years. I still need to tighten up and loose about 7 more pounds but they are here for me. I can’t recommend enough.

Found has been very helpful during my journey. At first it was a rough start just because the pharmaceutical company hadn’t replenished the supply once we were able to get the pharmacy to mail out the medicine it has been very easy. My doctor answers my questions quickly. My coach answers my question quickly and I enjoy being able to put in my meals and drinks to the AI system to have feedback.

Terrible patient care! Meds haven't arrrived!!!! First dose was short! Nobody seems to be able to help. I have paid for 3 months and only been sent one (short dosage) vial of meds!!!!! I have sent numerous messages only to receive no real help. They will give me a discount to continue???!!!! Who wants to continue like this?????!!!!!!

Before I paid 200 00 I called and verified that Zepbound was covered on my insurance. It is, with a pre-auth. Joined Found, took over 3 weeks before I could get video call with the Dr. 30 min call. He subscribe Zepbound, but I said a pre-auth was needed. He said no problem his team would submit that day or the next day. But said it may take 1-3 weeks to get an answer. Both were not true. First they NEVER submitted a pre-auth. And 2, it only takes 24-48 hrs to approve or decline. A week went by I call my insurance, they said NO pre-auth was submitted. And they sent a fax to the Dr. Then I get a message for a nurse saying it wasn't covered, which is a lie. I paid 30.00 for the Dr call. Then they submitted a 335.00 claim for an office visit SEROIUSLY FOR 30 MINUTES!
Never submitted a pre-auth. I emailed support after I ask the nurse for a copy of said pre-auth. Told them I wanted to cancel due staff refused to do what was required. They claim 182.00 will be refunded. Never received the RX. So why CHARGE ME.
BEWARE!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!SCAMMERS
