ThriveHive delivers some of the deepest, most thoughtful step-by-step teaching I’ve experienced in a program. Unlike a traditional university Master’s program, ThriveHive’s teachers truly feel invested in your success rather than trying to trip you up.

I really appreciated the weekly check-ins; they provided structure and accountability. The only thing I would have preferred is a consistent cohort group to meet with each week, as that would have helped build deeper connection and continuity.

One recommendation for future participants: try to read the homework before each meeting. I started my readings and assignments the week they were due and often felt like I was a step behind. Reviewing the syllabus ahead of time is also extremely helpful—this program covers a lot, and knowing what’s coming can make the experience even smoother.

My favorite part of ThriveHive is how Tricia has put together such a concise and effective way to help women package their skill sets into service offerings.
