If I could give no stars, I would. Never have I dealt with such incompetence. Item not delivered, wrong info of delivery sent to me, and then expect me to track the parcel down. Refuse to issue a refund. Be very careful.

I placed my order, paid for 'next day delivery' and received a confirmation email within a couple of hours, followed by a shipping email with a tracking number. Four days later (on the day I was expecting the order at latest) I received a refund with no email or explanation. I would have understood if it was a stock error, but by failing to tell me and pretending to send it, I wasted 4 days waiting when I could have ordered elsewhere. As a result, I'd advise against purchasing on this site.

Got a confirmation email and a shipping note then cancelled my whole order and refunded, no email or explanation. If I'd have known they couldn't fulfil the order I'd have had time to order elsewhere. Avoid!

This company is a scam they come very late on delivery and my order was missing items . Customer service is absolutely rubbish worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They falsely advertise there products online I went to by a Yankee candle lindor chocolate box that came salted chocolate as well but they just gave me box celebrations instead with missing candle and chocolate tried to contact the company on it through Amazon as that’s where i ordered it from and they ain’t done nothing about it . PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
