I am in our local Jollyes store at least once or twice a week and they know me by first name and vice versa. They are all lovely staff and nothing is a bother to them.
Since Jollys have stopped doing the loose dog treats in favour of the prepacked ones, my dog doesn't like them. Even my neighbours dog doesn't like them. I'm now having to travel to another pet store... Ver mais

Jollies Banbridge store is excellent.
Visited the Banbridge store for items. The sales assistant was more than helpful in finding the assorted items for me. I was also informed of Jollyes membership cad for information and discount. Completed quickly and easily. Excellent

Excellent customer service, including treats for ‘Lola’, advice on the correct size of crate for my dog, information on my jolly’s membership discount and helped me into the car with the large items.

Stopped at Banbridge store as we ran out of dog food ( usually go to Pets at Home),and it's now our go to store, good selection of quality food and toys,and staff are brilliant,they give you propwr advice, not sales patter ! Products are always on the shelves and the store card is really good, got 2 dog beds with 25% off on BH weekend !
