Myself and my 9 mth old puppy have visited this store on many occasions, before it was revamped and after. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. The shop looks really smart now

Very knowledgeable and pleasant staff

Very pleasant staff, but very busy with stalls for children and difficult to navigate with pets.

The store caters primarily for dog and cat owners. There was a poor choice of products for other pet owners and I found the goods expensive. After purchasing some heavy/bulky items I, as a 77 year old man, was neither offered nor even asked if I needed any assistance to carry them from the store. The whole experience was impersonal and unsuited to my needs.
