Staff very friendly and informative.

Staff are always so eager to help and really value their customers never had an issue in any store and thanks to a recommendation by one of your staff at the Barnsley branch put dogs are doing brilliant with their change in diet!

Only negative on a personal note for me was the branch I used was over 2 floors and had no lift for disabled customers like myself

People are great, friendly and helpful. So much choice of food toys and accessories

We bought a bag of dog biscuits on Tuesday of this week. We did not notice that the bag had been taped up down one of the seams. When we came to feed our dogs and get some biscuits the bag split almost all the way down resulting in biscuits all over. We managed to rescue the majority but I am not impressed and will mention it next time I go to Jollyes. I will also be checking the bag before buying.

The girl on the till was very helpful, however I was unable to find the brand of food I wanted

A routine visit to pick up my monthly dog food. Two large bags this time as we need extra for our holiday. Items I wanted were in stock, service fine but unfortunately no trollies available even though there were no other customers. Used a basket on wheels to pull them but was worried that the basket may buckle.

Raw food is extortionate compared to local supplied. £17.50 for like 12 packs? Get 20 for £25 from local sellers.
Cat selection is awful. Especially toys.
Staff stood at till waiting till we were done, probably because it was around 3:30 (latest) on a Sunday, and staff never asked if we needed anything, or offered any help. Took me saying “hello” as we went in for staff to look at us and say anything at all.

Always a good experience at Barnsley

The staff very helpful. Especially carrying my bag full of raw dog meat which is very heavy. Even offer to carry it to my car on occasion. This is especially helpful and much appreciated as I have had open heart surgery and no family to help.

Has everything in stock on a weekly basis very rare they haven’t got what I need.
