Kind considerate and well mannered

I must have dropped my purse in the shop and the lovely lady who served me came running to give it back to me just as I was about to drive away. Lovely to see such an honest person. I am really happy. They always give me help with my cat litter to put it in the boot of the car too.

Lovley staff and service. Very professional service, even delt with a very rude and offensive customer whilst serving me.
Great shop all ways clean and well presented.
To future customers, please be kind to the staff, there not paid to be abused.

I was unsure of the size coat to buy my dog and they took their time to make sure I bought the right one for her even though my dog was very nervous they were very patient with her
