From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Brilliant service
I came into the store looking for flea products for my dog, and the sales assistant Poppy was absolutely brilliant and had great knowledge on the products being sold. I could not be happier with the service I was met with and I will definitely come here again.

Chester Jollyes Geniuses
Leisha and (I think) Charlotte have given me life changing advice for my 13 year old Tibetan, Badger. They gave great info on switching him to raw food and it's completely changed his health and behaviour! We're so grateful :)
Also your young lad is LOVELY.

Chester is a fantastic store!
All of the staff in the Chester store are so lovely and friendly but in particular Hayden! Such a fantastic young man. He remembered my grand pup, from when we came into the store in October 2024! He was asking how he was growing up and showed real warmth and interest! All of the staff there are a credit to the company and a little mention for Tania, their manager. She is clearly a great leader and motivator to her team. Great customer service from all.

Recognition to Poppy
A lady called Poppy helped me today. As I only wanted the best too to tail for my dog she showed me everything I could choose and told me about the different foods and the difference to try and compare each one and see what I wanted to decide. Absolutely excellent customer service and knowledgeable a credit to the store
