From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Shop for my usual raw
Shop for my usual raw. Plenty in stock if go on the right day, never much in store room.
With the 12 for 10, it's a very competitive price.
Quality is comparable. Do wish they delivered frozen as I do get a fair amount each visit.
Generally Happy, just need more stock and improve staff knowledge.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help. However after finding several products which were perfect for my dogs needs I was disappointed when they were withdrawn, for example the pic n mix loose biscuits for one.
But the range of natural treats and raw food are very good

Excellent customer service The assistant was SO helpful in…
The assistant was SO helpful in recommending food for our very fussy small dog.
Advised we could have a refund if our fussy paws didn't like it.
Thankfully, he did.
