Really bad customer service. I buy all my dog food there and they know me. I buy frozen dog food and pouches every week plus treats etc. I buy the box of barking heads pouches and the lamb one was puffy. On opening the smell was overwhelming and made my grandson gag but when I told them in the shop they said they couldn’t do anything unless I returned it. There is no way I was putting that in my car. Despite wrapping it in two plastic bags my bin stunk. I think it’s poor customer service after all the custom I have brought to the shop. If I can find somewhere else nearby that sells what I need , I won’t go back.

Purina Pro Plan 40 x 85g was a lot more price wise than Pets at Home.
I paid £33 pounds, its £25 at Pets at Home. So, I will be going there in future.
