The lady in there has such a lovely personality x my phone was playing up x she tried to change the password with me but there was an issue x no fault of hers x she advised me to get in touch with head office which I will do once I get the time x clone that lovely lady and you won’t get a single complaint x a true asset to yourselves x

Excellent staff who offered to take my goods to my car for me I’m disabled and a pensioner so I really appreciated that and they also helped me while shopping and knew what products I was looking for and about what offers were on and the date they ended so I’m a very satisfied customer well done

Went in for worming tablets for both my dogs the lady who helped me was lovely.very helpful as I was asking also about puppy injections etc when we breed our girl 💕

The scanners didn’t work again which meant the dog food bags had to be unloaded and loaded and rescanned twice off the trolley. Problems scanning the vouchers again (not the first time in the refreshed app). The man behind the fill had a very unpleasant body odour and was very unkempt. Miss the 15% regular discount vouchers. Am currently looking for a new dog food provider for my 5 dogs after being a very loyal customer

The staff where polite and asked if we need anything and they show me the best meds for my white goldfish andi told them that they have a red scales and they said this will help them and just to put one cap in each day and i should start to see the diffrent and if that dont not help please come back. And we will give you your money back and i can start to see the diffrent and i am greatful for there help

First shop in a while and I'm pleased to say that Jollyes continues to be a super, welcoming shop. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are competitive and the membership allows for more discount. Great range of products for your pet. Excellent service. Highly recommended
