Went to Jollyes to purchase a harness first time for my dog, the assistant ( didn't get his name was behind the till but came out to assist Sorry ! ) was so friendly, helpful and so patient and really gentle with my little cockerpoo, he made 100% sure that the harness was right for my dog ..absolutely happy with my purchase and the customer service I received 😀 5 ⭐

Staff at Store amazing. However website states a price and it is not available in store, as 'Online price' only although this is not stated online. Customer services recommended click and collect. Tried this option and it did not work. Only option was to pay full price & for delivery and after 48 hours, they could adjust payment and refund delivery charge! Ended up using Zooplus for bulk and only got 1 bag of food from Jollyes

There was no quibble when I needed to return kitten food purchased accidentally. My adult cat Milo really appreciated the speed with which the exchange took place, his dinner was on the plate in no time.

Had help getting the right food for my cavapoo even though they only had food for King Charles cavalier or poodle so was a bit lost now all sorted and found out the differences of the Royal Canin i was also helped with £2 voucher which I had to submit was lucky and helped again little things mean a lot
