We shop at the Dover branch regularly, and it's always a genuinely great experience. The staff are friendly and super-helpful, even spending time to help scan the shelves with us for just the right dog bed. The shop is clean, airy, well-stocked, and definitely value for money. Other big chains fall well below the standard these guys set.

Visited Dover store for the first time on 11/06/25 and purchased what I needed, shelves and products laid out very well, a nice clean and tidy well looked after store.
I was assisted by Sarah in locating what I was looking for who carried my product for me to the till where I was served by Ty who was welcoming and very engaging, he encouraged me to sign up to the "pet club", himself and Sarah explained all the benefits well and clearly.
Needless to sayI signed up straight away, which took less than a minute, paid for my goods and was wished a good day by both.
Couldn't be happier with the service received, both Ty and Sarah are clearly good team players and care strongly about the store and people experiencing great customer service.

The young man who served me was polite and helpful. After checking my membership he applied a discount which I was not aware that I was entitled to. Altogether a delightful shopping experience.

Great staff. Great prices

I came in at 9am to avoid the rush as I needed help from the staff. I was purchasing a new dog harness and had my dog with me to fit of which the member of staff helped to size up. She was extremely patient with us as the dog kept piddling in the shop scenting over other previous dog smells. I purchased £80 worth of goods and was very pleased.
