Over the last few months jolly’s has change a lot of the things that make it fantastic value for money tgey use to have so many good offers on on the treats 3-4-2 they reduced the price slightly but now three bags of the treats my dog likes are £24 instead of £20 and a staff member was insustant the price was lower so there better value no think they need another maths less son and what happened to my £2 voucher I use to get every time I shop

Going to Jollyes in Eccles is always a pleasure. I don't drive so don't go very often but the staff are always so friendly and helpful and obviously love animals .I have a cat and always get my cat litter ,litter bags and cat food on offer .Your prices are way cheaper than other pet shops .Well done !

I registered on my previous visit but, although they found me on their system, they apologised but the 10% discount on my £68 purchase couldnt be actioned for some reason, and told me to contact the help line??

Easy. As an autistic person I genuinely felt as ease since I was panicking before hand (I was coming alone with my pet) but the vet was lovely the staff was all so lovely to me and my pet. Showed so much care for animals. Definitely a great place.

Brilliant staff. The lady signed me up there and then while I was paying for my dogs new collar which looks beautiful on him.

Staff very helpful. I need a new collar for my little dog. The shop assistant shown me the various options and finally got the best one.

The young lady on the till was very polite and apologised for some till technical issues. She then requested help from a colleague to come to the tills as a queue was forming. Good customer service and I got what I needed.

I enquired about the micro chipping at the Eccles store which I was told the system was down so I gave my number and the assistant said she would contact me the day after to book in , but unfortunately I still have received no reply after 4 days . Very disappointed!
