Staff are always courteous, helpful and well presented. My dog loves this place especially pick n mix dog treats eg; rabbits ears etc I say pick 1 to him he ends up self picking about 4 or 5 lol 😆... Ver mais

Absolutely brilliant shop. Prices are really reasonable. Other stores like pets at home overcharge. The staff are friendly. I never knew about jollyes until last month. Wish I'd known about it sooner.... Ver mais

As previous visits there's a good stock of raw foods by different manufacturers/brands. Easy to view freezer contents and make selection. Loyalty scheme and discounts available on certain brands.... Ver mais

Had gone in as pup seemed to have really soft stools and staff were amazing on listening and guiding me on a food more suited for him, and not even a week on after changin food i noticed a difference,... Ver mais

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Jolly Groomer Hermiston Gait fab service

I have taken my dog to The Jolly Groomer at Hermiston Gait in Edinburgh for about a year. They are fantastic! The team are so friendly, and really listen to what I want, as well as making helpful suggestions. My dog is not an easy customer but they are so patient, caring and go the extra mile to make it a positive experience.

I won’t be back!!!!

That’s the first time I’ve been into Jollyes in Edinburgh. Tge experience was not Great. The shop was completely empty except for one couple so went straight to the Click and collect desk and gave the guy my name and order number. And I waited and waited some more (about 15 minutes) at which point I went bsvk to click and collect desk and asked where it was. He told me he couldn’t leave to go get another member of staff. Do eventually I went back and told him look I’m in a hurry hence click and collect could I not just take the items from the shelf to be told no. I showed him the receipt. After another 10 minutes someone finally showed up with my bags of puppy food. Not the best experience I’ve ever had so I won’t be back

Please note that our stores do offer a Price Match Guarantee if you are able to show evidence of the item being cheaper elsewhere within a 5 mile radius.

Customer service was extremely professional very friendly and lady who served us was very polite amd helpful , she made our shop in there very welcoming , can't remember her name but she was middle aged and short dark hair
