From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Vet clinic
Appointment was very easy to make.
I paid for booster vaccines for life for my dog Buddy the vet that was doing the clinic on the day was lovely with him as he is a little nervous with stranger's gave him a thorough examination and gave some advice great service would highly recommend

We just got a puppy and were unsure about some things and the help we got from the lady in store was brilliant. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions.

Staff are friendly and offer a…
Staff are friendly and offer a professional service. My only complaint would be to open another till, quite often I am waiting to be served while a customer infront of me is getting advice to book an appointment or about pet medications sold behind the counter. There are often other staff members stocking shelves near the tills who maybe able to serve at the tills whilst the server is busy advising!

Brilliant customer service and experience.
The member of staff who served was lovely and knowledgeable. We were purchasing a new coat and harness for our puppy. They helped with trying on and fitting of both. Thank you very much we will be back.
