From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Staff are so friendly and helpful!!
Staff are so friendly and helpful!!! Prices are great. Shop is local so easy to get too. Even found out they had a vet, so I managed to get my wee puppies jags and there prices were way better than other places. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Even told a few work colleagues to try here instead of their usual pet shop.

We were looking for the 12kg bag of Cocker food which was up on the top shelf. The shop assistant didn't hesitate to get it down for us.

I love shopping here for my cat. Massive range of toys and other accessories at a reasonable price. The food is also of good quality and my cat seems to love it.

Good customer service.
The service at the counter pleasant, cheerful and knowledgeable. Prices are really reasonable mixed with customer service I have no issues in giving this a 5 star experience.
