Amazing shop was looking for loads of things and had loads more things than you can imagine

What lovely, kind and helpful staff. I needed assistance whilst shopping in store and the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating.

The visit I had was very impersonal behind a screen within the store,no allocated ,discreet room ,floor had dog dribble on from what I can only assume was the previous appointment ,there was no lid on the used injection box and I had to ask questions,nothing was explained and I never saw the lady who did my dogs injections wash her hands.Also I was asked if I minded paying before the Injection was done and am still waiting for my email receipt of which I would have preferred a normal paper receipt.
