Jollyes The Pet People - Llanelli Avaliações

Asking questions while purchasing items and staff didn’t have a clue, wasn’t interested if being helpful, rude and untrained. Joined up as a member in store spending £70 odd pound, to then later go back and purchase another £50 spent.. and couldn’t find me as a member as the colleague didn’t sign me up so no I haven’t had any points for my purchases..

An amazing range of toys and great prices!

Was able to find what I was looking for. Quick and easy service at the checkout.

The staff were great , the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it's pot luck if you have what I want in stock, the store could be relied on to always have what I wanted , making jollyes a one stop shop, I now have to go to pets at home as well as jollyes

Everything I needed was in store, very polite member of staff at the till, great experience.

Friendly staff Got what I needed without any problems Good shop to look around

All the staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great shop staff was very helpful should definitely recommend jolliyes ( Llanelli h and will shop the again.

The sale assistant was helpful, polite, approachable and happy.

Great help from the staff member in store, plenty of choice too, more than pets at home in some cases. Will come here again (Llanelli store).

Took time out to explain things ,no pressure.

Staff are lovely, really helpful.
15% off dog food everyrime you buy

Very welcoming atmosphere from staff, helped fined the products I was looking for, took time to talk with you not at you as other stores have done, very pleased with staff

Nice and clean but they say the price match with goods so when the shops close bye run out I asked jollyes to price match but as it not in stock in the other store it's a NO. or the sacks of food I get £5 cheaper they refuse so why advise price match. Your not that cheap. The Range. Does pet food etc cheaper and that nextdoor

Plenty of choice.
