From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. I absolutely love the staff at my local…
I absolutely love the staff at my local jolly’s in Derry city there are always very welcoming and helpful they really know there stuff when it comes to your pet my dog was so sick as a pup with diarrhoea the vet was doing different test and it was becoming very expensive I was chatting to staff member about this and he suggested trying grain free food for her she’s now 4 years old and thriving plus they do great bargains

The service was fantastic
The service was fantastic. The lad that served me went out of his way and was very knowledgeable about the products. I got advice on the nutritional benefits of the items I was buying for my dogs and he even helped me take everything to my car. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Well done!!!

Shopping at your Derry store
Whenever I shop at Jollyes in Derry, I always have a satisfactory visit. The staff are welcoming, obliging and have no problem with helping to get packs of tinned dog food from a high shelf. Everyone of them are a credit to your store.
