The staff are all friendly and helpful you always get what your looking for in there too plus prices are pretty cheap too

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Lovely store
I was served by a lovely woman natalie she was the supervisor in the merthyr Tydfil store she showed me were all what I needed and was very polite I will buy again in that store

Weekly dog food run
I go to Jollyes every week for the dog food and the staff are always the most pleasant and helpful people. It's cheaper than other places, which is always a bonus.

My new favourite pet shop!
I loved the choice of products it has especially with my cat being on a urinary diet, wonderful to be able to get him special treats too and the lady who served me was happy and polite (which is a rarity for customer service these days). The prices were also very competitive so I was very happy and will definitely be back.

Sales guy in Merthyr Tydfil was ace!
Sales guy in Merthyr Tydfil was ace! Helped carry bales of several items to the car (I'm currently not meant to be lifting, so that was an added bonus), even better, he didn't know that and had offered anyway. Only downside was being over charged for three items that were in a clearance section. Didn't realise until I got home and looked at my digital receipt! Too happy with the help in all honesty! Ace service

The assistant was extremely helpful when purchasing the cat products, and also signed me up to the Jollyes Pet Club. Excellent service, will purchase there often from now on.

Tavi loves coming for his groom
Tavi loves coming for his groom and buying little “meaty rolls” afterwards. His bi monthly treat.
I believe he behaves himself, he certainly looks lovely with a faint whiff of baby powder!
