From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Grooming at jollyes…
I have been taking my dog to jollyes Newry grooming from 2023. I have been told the last 3 times he has been bold as he does not stand still. Are groomers not experienced in this situation and also do they not attach them to leads on the groom table so they can’t turn round? When I book Online the price is £40 but I have been charged £45 in store last 2 times and then £55 today as he was apparently being bold by not standing still. They dont tell you it’s extra until you arrive to pick up. Very disappointed. After going from 2023 I can say I will definitely not be returning.
