From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Ample choice... customer service lacking.
Just nipped in to get some raw food top ups for my pup as usual place was closed.
Bought a basket full was stood waiting at till.. while the 2 ladies stood at side door having a smoke/vape. I stood in there View severel times but they carried on chatting. Then I approached asking if they serving? She said yeh! Felt like I disturb there gossip fag break. Literally next to the till area. Wasn't any customers in i could see but this would be perfect opportunity for any shoplifter as they oblivious to customers inside.
The store itself well stocked large variety. For myself the raw food choice was great reasonable prices.
Maybe I'd return as have used previous 1 /2 times a month.

Staff were very friendly towards our dog gave a big welcome & fuss this ment a lot to how comfortable it is to walk around .knowing the staff is there to help in any way .The frist time we visited our dog unfortunately was a little sick we felt awful But the staff came to our aid & cleaned it up Quickly. We will be back
