Super friendly staff

Jollyes is a welcomed addition to the High Street when it comes to getting our pet supplies. Great products great range great price however you play a game of chance on whether the items you need are actually in stock More often than not, a trip to the shop to get your pet food or treats often results in disappointment because Jollyes have no stock. It cannot be that difficult to trend your customers buying habits and ensure there is a good supply, this seems to be a simple thing that Jollyes struggle to overcome. fix this and five stars would be no problem. The staff, by the way, are mostly very helpful, one or two could do with training on customer interaction, but mostly great!

I could not log onto the website so I phoned my local shop and they reserved my package behind the counter for me to pick up the next day

I love Jolleyes, mainly for the fact that they sell pet supplies at good prices with a range of options from economy to premium. They do not try to rip you off with prices like at other places such as pets at home.

Easy to find what needed, and friendly service

I've been shopping with Jolleys for just over 6 months now, purchasing items for my two Lop bunnies. More recently shopping to prepare for the arrival of our puppy.
The staff are always very friendly and helpful at the Poole Branch. Offering great customer service and advice. The shelves are always well stocked too, with a good variety of items to choose from.
