From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Over-familiar and Lacking in Comprehension
I asked if the shop took cash ? As I was bringing 7 puppies in shortly for injections and microchips. The short , dark haired assistant ( didnt catch her name ) She said puppies don't mind if it's cash , card or cheque . She precluded this by saying I don't mean to be rude !!. She was obviously lacking in intelligence when I said the Company!!! may not accept cash as lots of companies are now doing card only . She needs training in customer service and etiquette. I still came away not trusting what she said true or correct .

Happy with the store assistants but waiting for refund efund
