Great place to shop for all your pet needs.
Helpful and friendly staff that are on hand if you need any advice, and if you sign up with them you get some good discounts.

Found the store easily enough, good selection of products, went mainly for frozen raw dog food, good variety and range of prices, persuaded to sign up for the club as would get 15% off what she didn't tell me was that it wouldn't work with any other offers so only saved 1.79 instead of the 4.50 I was expecting hence why I'm only giving 4 stars, also its quite a distance to travel for me, and only went as I was attending the
nearby hospital, looked into home delivery but everything I wanted was out of stock so won't work either

Reading store. Last week the store did not have the Lifestage Duck dried food. Today I telephoned to check on stock. The lady went and checked and then suggested that she put the 3 bags to one side so that I could collect it later. It was waiting when I went in a couple of hours later. Very helpful and efficient service

It's OK, nothing to write home about. Not greeted upon entry. The app doesn't work, so they have to manually search for your loyalty card. Till area too small and too cluttered, the bucket of dog treats when flying, due to the lack of serving space.

They had a trainee who was really good and the other member of staff showed good patience and understanding for her.

Nice customer service and variety of pet products

I visited a couple of weeks ago and was surprised at the range and the reasonable prices but I didn’t need anything at that time. So when I came back, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, I will definitely be coming back for products for my animals

The customer service was aweful, left us stood with a 20kg bag on our shoulders that if we put it down I doubt would be able to lick it back up again being disabled . The staff member was at the till but was flaffing about doing this and that totally said just a moment while we waited and waited and waited , snapped t us for asking what’s in the box that was already very well sealed and then walked up and down for what seemed no reason then moved us from one till to the theirs one along . Just crazy how rude he was

Helpful staff, well stocked shop with a good range of products, some great food offers too.

1st time visit. Young man at checkout suggested a loyalty card which gave us discount on Saturdays purchase.
A good variety of products in store. Nice and tidely displayed.

My dog is not keen on water or baths, groomer worked really well with her to calm her and did a wonderful job. Will take her back again

Used Jollyes for the first time this weekend. All staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of different options for my dog. Chose a new dog food and my dog is over the moon! Definitely shopping here in the future for anything I need!
