Always a friendly atmosphere when you go in, and always some one to help if needed, and now lots of bargains in store as well 😁

We were looking for a new harness for our little Yorkie. There were lots of prints and patterns to choose from but the one we liked most was not on the shelf in the size we needed. We asked one of the store colleagues if she had the specific pattern in the size we needed and she helpfully produced one from the storage.
We bought the harness and returned home excited to try it on our little one. Unfortunately, although the size was right the general fit was not correct, so having been told we had 30 days to return it, I duly did so, not half an hour after buying it.
The return was quickly and efficiently processed and the young lady behind the till couldn’t have been friendlier. Sorry to have had to return the purchase, but very happy to visit my local Jollyes for any other pet requirements.

I’ve been without a pet for a couple of years but now I have a kitten, I went to Jollyes for some food and treats and as always they were very helpful

The assistant at the till was very friendly and helpful and very understanding talking to me about my beloved, 18 year old cat :D

I love Jollyes Pet Store, it’s great for me as I can’t travel far due to my Mobility Disability and have to use a mobility scooter, and having the store 20 minutes away from where I live is fantastic, I am a member of there Pet Club so love getting money off discounts, they always have what I need in stock for my Anaimals, very friendly staff and always happy to help and assist you, Well done Runcorn Store

We popped in for food and some bits for our new puppy and the staff were lovely. Very reasonably priced too.

I spoke to an employee after my boss asked me to as we where bring the kids from school to have a look around, I am presuming a manager/supervisor rang me who was very abrupt, who had clearly gone in to my pet club personal details to get my phone number, which am not happy about, as I never organised event then was very abrupt! Like I said I think it was very unprofessional to find my number then call me! It’s means I seriously going to re think where I buy my pet supplies.
