Staff very helpful and kind

I really cannot fault the staff at meadowhall retail park ( Sheffield) always really helpful and the store is always stocked up and neat and tidy

Staff are very friendly and helpful

Your colleague at the till was caught up with the customer in front of me. She was really very attentive to the customer and also myself by smiling and when it was my turn she apologised for the wait which was not long at all. Everything was easy to find in store and very clean.

I chose my purchases and queued at the till the assistant came and opened a second till she was very polite please and thank you was said, not used so much today. Was a great experience.

I’m sorry Jollyes, I had an awful experience when I last visited your store and although it was not particularly the fault of any of the staff, it was another customer who took it upon themselves to seemingly randomly target me for abuse and humiliation, your staff did nothing and now I have also been ignored by your central customer services. I can’t see myself returning, especially not to Meadowhall retail park Sheffield.
