The staff at my local store are brilliant their manager Jenny Hunt is very professional and friendly, there is always a staff member to help you and they are very knowledgeable with the products they sell giving good advice as to which products are best for my pets, with the good pricing and great range of dog toys and food etc I don’t shop at any other pet stores.

What l miss is pick and mix. I get what my dog needs and likes and buy the amount needed. This service is no longer available, however , a lot of loose dog treats are now in sealed packaging which is a good idea and cannot be touched by hands. This is a much more hygienic method for preventing contamination.

Just customer service that is expected nothing extraordinary and nothing sub standard.

Item I bought was marked £1-50 but I was charged £2-00 for each one I bought 4. I quired it with the staff that said the price hAd changed and took the old price ticket off
