From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. Not good
This isn't the first time I've noticed as I don't like to complain but each time I've been there ive struggled with large packs of pet food etc to get to the till and not once has the staff member offered to help, or offered a hand to the car like the other well known store does, plus I have noticed no interaction " please " " thank you " "Goodbye " etc they are usually involved in their own conversations which I think is a bit rude

Low stock levels
The male staff member was extremely helpful. Unfortunately for the 2nd time the stock levels of my cats food were unavailable. As I always like to purchase the food from this store I was disappointed at the stock levels.
