From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. They always have the food I need in stock when I need it. Unlike Pets At Home who consistently had no stock. I'm a happy convert. Staff are always happy and helpful too, making it an enjoyable experience

From entering the store the cashier was attentive but not pushy. I knew exactly what I wanted and where I would find it. The young lady and I made conversation. There were no other customers at that time. She was knowledgeable about items sold in the store.

Staff could have been a bit more helpful when asked for help trying to find products. Cheapest price on an offer of any 3 for 2, should be the cheapest is free, when you purchase 3 the same price on the offer you pay for all 3 items with the tax, leaving you feeling cheated

Amazing grooming experience
Our dog groomer Cathy was very attentive and our dog cracker only goes with her and she is amazing. Thoroughly recommend her grooming.

Lovely polite and engaging staff member. Going the extra mile to offer assistance to an older person with carrying their dog food to the car. Wish my local petfood shop was a Jollyes. Also my dog food brand is ALWAYS cheaper at Jollyes than anywhere else.
