Very expensive , not much choose for dry dog food , the hay for guinea pigs is more like straw .
You can buy the same products in other shops for third of the price .

They had exactly what I wanted and the staff member helped me find it.

Our little dog always looks so different when he comes out. She does a really good job with his cut and listens to what we actually want.

I regularly get my animals food and other bits from the store. The staff are never happy, always grumpy they make no effort to greet customers they see regularly and not once have I had a hello or thank you at the till when I've purchased items. After my last visit I decided that I will no longer use the store as the staff were more interested in chatting about whatever to each other whilst 4 people were waiting at the till than service to the customers waiting and then when I was served to be huffed at by a member of staff because I refused to give my email address. The staff need extra training in customer care and friendlyness.

We needed some advice about our poorly dog and which sort of food to get him,the gentle that helped us stopped immediately what he was doing and took us over to the dog food showing us and explaining about them,he showed great empathy and was very professional in the way he explained stuff,I will definitely return.

Well presented products, knowledgable staff

The store manager lav I think was her name was so helpful, directed me to the exact dog cage I wanted and even scoured the warehouse to look for additional bones for purchase. Gave me lots of info regarding calming methods for anxious dogs and how to treat a wound with the correct antiseptic spray. A great help and and also to the cashiers helping me with a trolley and watching half my purchase while I headed to the car

Never had any pedigree dry food whatsoever

Everything was really easy to find . Prices are great . Staff very helpful and friendly.

I walked into the grooming room with my dog to see if they could help as he’s long haired and had a toilet mishap (anyone with long haired fur babies will understand) and they sorted him straight away, I’m so grateful, they are lovely, and everyone in the shop is always so helpful, I so glad I live local.
