Absolutely fantastic store, love the layout with everything being easy to find and staff are very happy to help with any queries along with being extremely welcoming to customers and their fur family members. My dogs new favourite place to visit due to getting lots of fuss and attention off of staff and customers. Such an array of natural treats to choose from as well, compared to other pet stores we have visited. Will definitely be returning and will be making this store our new regular despite competitiors being closer.

The prices were very good, the selection is fantastic with so many quality products to choose from, the store was really well maintained, very clean, nice and warm and bright. The staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. But most important of all my dogs were very happy with all the attention they got from the staff and the other customers as well. Over all it was a very positive experience and I will definitely be visiting again.

Visited while shopping at Tesco in fforest fach and was glad to have found this shop. I use a wheelchair and found it far easier to get around inside than most places. The sales staff were friendly and not just out to sell. They were genuinely interested in my dog Bonnie and we found some great treats, a good food for her and new coat. Staff helped get everything to my car. We'll both be back soon.

Thank you for your advice with food for my dogs and bearded dragon. So nice to have a place to shop that doesn't just want to sell the most expensive thing but suggested the best thing. Highly recommend you and will be back soon.

What a fantastic store! I'd previously been using other outlets for years but the quality and prices at Jollyes are both so much better. Visited with my dogs and it's obvious how much the staff care about animals and their owners. The store is spacious, with plenty of room to move around even with 2 large dogs,and looks great. The staff were helpful, gave some really helpful advice and made sure the feed purchased was suitable for my dogs. The range of food, toys, treats and various pet care products is excellent. Thank you for the excellent customer service and we'll definitely be back regularly 😊🐕‍🦺🐕
