A fantastic place to shop for my dog, great value and plenty of choice and variety. Customer service was exceptional the lady who served me even carried my items to the car as due to recent surgery I cannot carry heavy items. Thank you so much 😁

This was my first shopping at Jollyes Pet People.
I purchased two by large bags of Cat Litter and joined their club. The lady assistant was very helpful, including taking my purchase to the car. Very impressed.

Helpful friendly staff, offered help and went out of their way to look for an alternative item when the one I was after wasn’t available and offered advice

Never shopped here before but in the last few days have done a click & collect. Got puppy vaccinations. Made a mess with appointments but every single person I dealt with has been amazing.

Very nice lady on the counter and very helpful and I joined your club by her recommendation as well. I look forward to buying all my cat food and other items there in the future.

The guy in the shop was trying too hard to push me into making a donation that was more than my purchase and made me feel really uncomfortable.

I needed some supplies for my newly hiked Cocker Spaniel. Jollyes was my first stop and had everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and took time to say hello to Max and were generally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

No notice to say there ain't a groomer nothing stated online about the groomer ain't there no more the man behind the til was quite rude and arrogant

Store layout was clear. All the staff were happy and chatty. I was looking for food for an older cat, the cat loves the food.

First time Jolleys customer. The sales assistant Jess was really helpful and reminded me of available offers.
