Love the Swindon store. Great staff, all friendly and welcoming and come across as pleased to see you.

Buy all my Chow Chow’s raw food and treats here, as well as a few grooming bits and pieces.

Shop staff were not knowledgeable about the product I wished to purchase (fabric dog crate). They didn't have one in stock so offered me the display model but they couldn't take it apart and I was left to do it myself. I asked for the instruction leaflet but they said there wasn't one!?
I honestly felt like I was an inconvenience to them. What happened to "the customer is always right"?

Very friendly staff & so helpful as usual thankyou and the cat treats are just what our little cat ordered :)

I picked up the wrong dog food for my dog,I wasn't given a receipt and was told I could not have a refund or exchange the item without it and this was on the same day I brought it!!....jollyes you have lost a customer

Allowed the system to book an appointment when my puppy was too young.
Opening times aren’t good enough. A Friday is very inconvenient especially with a puppy. Use a vaccine that hardly anyone uses so limits our options when left to look for earlier appointments. Can not wait to get her vaccinated to never return to an organisation that limits its customers and makes life harder for them.

Very helpful staff member (Charlie) they explained the Pet Club & signed me up.
