We bought some cat biscuits and raw food for our dog. We food the food very good value and easy to find. Staff were very friendly at the Telford store.

The way the customer service was honestly amazing the most attentive yet honest and respectful. The people at Telford jolleys honestly made my little pup feel so happy that he didn’t want to leave he even modeled for them when they took pictures

Very poor customer service on my recent visit. I bought some dog biscuits that were on a 3for 2 deal. Only 2 bags left on the shelf. I asked the staff member if there was any more to which there was none left. I asked for a discount due to not been able to get the advertised deal. No discount or any offer made, staff member was very curt and extremely unhelpful. Very disappointed in the poor customer service.

The two ladies on the till were really friendly, we had a small laugh about some Easter dog treats, I asked them if they taste tested everything ! They said yes so we all really laughed.
