The gentleman on the till was really friendly & chatty . I had bought a lot of frozen dog food & he offered to carry it to the car & talked about his dogs were on it as well . It made a lovely change to not feel rushed he took time with every customer & very knowledgeable.

I recently made a click and collect order. I must have accidentally clicked on delivery and instead was not sent to store but having issues loading my order.
I called and spoke to Ryan at thetford store who spent most of yesterday and today following up, and contacting the sales team to get this sorted. He went above and beyond and even got my delivery changed to a click and collect. Was super friendly and so helpful! Really went the extra mile when he didn’t need to!
