Lovely friendly staff, happy to help. My little baby was sick while I was in your Tonbridge store & it was no trouble when I asked a member of staff to help to clean it up. I also needed a large bag of cat biscuits and was carrying my baby so I asked if they could bring it to the car which again was no problem again and they were only too happy to help. Thank you so much :)

Very helpful and friendly staff giving the store a lovely friendly atmosphere. The variety of pet food and choices are always excellent!

First visit fine , well stocked and cheaper for Butchers food than Pets at home. Second visit had to wait way too long in the checkout queue. Only two other waiting but took a long time to serve them and should have called another colleague to open another till. It was midweek early pm .

Never a good selection of whimzee chews anymore , plus so much more expensive than pets at home that it makes the distance and difference in price worth the lengthy journey to that store instead of to you just up the road.
Its a shame as I buy 4 packs a week and grab my koi food and kibble and other bits when im in

I can get chicken pellets, corn and sunflower seeds - love the pricing when I buy two bags. Staff helpful.

Shame I was charged for 2 items I never had (whimzees) when I asked next day was asked several times if I’m sure I did t have them! The dog won’t eat anything hard and I don’t give hide treats! only soft treats!!told a manager may discuss this when they are free told them to keep it I don’t have time to waste waiting around!!

The item I wanted was in stock. The freezer where my product is stored was clean and clearly labelled. The staff are polite and friendly.
