Big store, well stocked, very reasonable prices plus the membership bonus scheme. Staff always very friendly and courteous.

Have been using them for awhile now. Staff are very friendly at the Wakefield branch and if you have any questions on a product are very helpful. Good customer service.

Staff - Above & Beyond
The staff in your Ings Road store in Wakefield are always helpful. During my last purchase at this store the trolley I was using was overflowing with Hay, straw & wood shavings for my rabbits. I somehow dropped a pack of hay with out realising & only noticed this when I was transferring everything into the boot of my car. I went back to the store asking about the pack of hay & they were already sorting this by looking at till records to contact me.
