Great staff very polite joyful to talk too

Long, slow queue at the check out, and only one position open

Widnes store Nearly all the live insects are dead the earthworms are moldy when mentioned it to staff they say oh well. They just dont seem to care.
Runcorn store. Staff are amazing so helpful and they check the live bugs daily never a problem for them.

Staff were very helpful and helped me get everything I needed.

Went into jolleys as I just got a new puppy and wanted some advice about what treats to get as I haven't had a puppy before since my other dog is a rescue. There was no staff at the till so I waited there for a few minutes as sometimes they come when they see you there but nobody was coming down. Had a look around myself and found what I needed but was then left at the till for another few minutes with no staff yet again so I looked for a staff member and noticed one young lad who was occupied with another customer further down the store but could not find any other member of staff in the store so he seemed to be on his own. When he was finally able to come to the till he apologised for the wait, I asked him if he was alone and he said no his manager was upstairs but I have noticed this with this store a few times I have been in that staff is always busy or left alone to run the store by themselves and customers are left waiting at the till, whilst I understand its not the member of staff's fault it just seems really unprofessional and I don't think I'll continue shopping here.

Great variety of products at reasonable prices. My three dogs are particularly keen on the ham bones! Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Love Jollyes pet store... you can get everything & more besides. I love their loyalty card as you get some cracking discounts with it.
Everything I need I guarantee I can get it from Jollyes... I've even got my dogs very pretty dog tag & a member of staff helped me with the machine. They have a sale on at the moment, I love the dog toy sales, some fab deals & unusual toys... Lola dog is very impressed lol.
