Outstanding service and knowledge from…
Outstanding service and knowledge from the gentleman who served me today. Above and beyond. Very informative on food advice for our new puppy, Teddie. Teddie is currently experiencing sensitive skin issues. The said staff member advised that the brand we were about to purchase, being fish, actually had chicken fats in it and recommended Jollies' own brand, which Teddie is enjoying very much.

Very happy with the experience I had at jollyes this week. The girl on the checkout couldn’t have been more helpful.
So much better than whe another checkout woman shouted across the store….’we’ll have your animals definitely got fleas as you can only use the tablet form if they have fleas.
I’m not stupid, I have 5 cats and 2 dogs. I think I’d know if they had little invaders in their fur.
It’s like she wanted to try to embarrass me in front of the store.
This shopping trip was 5*
