From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Amazing choice.
Good experience shopping here. called in with my sister; me to get my cat food and my sister got dog treats.
it is only my second time visiting the store, I was absolutely amazed at the range and choice of products and wanted sis to see the choices as she lives nearby. The staff were lovely too, very helpful. I will be calling again.

No interaction with pets
The store was not busy and there were a few staff members around, all were polite and said hello BUT not one stopped to pet my dog or comment on my dog!
Found this odd in a store that’s all for pets and advertises as pets welcome etc

Store
First impression when walked in was OK, but as I got further into store a few things I looked at had no price and their was items in the Isles which being disabled made it a bit difficult getting around. The boy who was working the till could do with speaking up as he talks very quietly I could barely hear him as him to repeat himself at least 3 times.(I wear hearing aids so shouldn't have a problem hearing him)

My experience was good I found the staff very helpful in showing you where to find stuff. However I think something you could improve on would be your staff being friendly and less shy off the bat. I also think that it might be quite nice to have a card for members even if it’s only card board.
