He hecho dos pedidos desde España y los dos han llegado perfectamente.
Si bien es cierto que han tardado tres semanas en llegar, en todo momento he podido hacer el seguimiento a través del enlace que proporcionan y el de Correos.
Los gastos de aduana han sido del 21% correspondientes con el IVA que pagaríamos aquí (en mi caso han sido 5,50€ y 5,90€ respectivamente).
Puedo asegurar tras días de uso que los productos no son imitaciones ya que mi piel es extremadamente reactiva y está estupenda después de usarlos.
Sin duda volveré a comprar en esta web.

Their range of skincare is quite narrow when compared to stylevana, but at least there aren't as much issues with stock and shipping is very quick in comparison. For instance, I purchased during chuseok (sale period) with no noticeable delays.

I've also had no problems with refunds in the past, cs are responsive, prices are decent and of course, there's always abundant amount of sample, if that's your thing :)
For those reasons, shopping at jolse is generally reassuring and stress free. Only reason why I'd shop elsewhere is if they don't have a product I want.

*Oh yes, ETA that many products do not have their ingredients listed in the site. So you'd have to manually search for it elsewhere which can be a bit of a hassle if there are ingredients you react negatively to.

My packet just arrived today, everything was well packaged with lots of bubble wrap. It took 3 weeks to ship my order and I’m pretty satisfied with it because the shipping was free (when we spend above a certain amount). I also heard about paying tax fees when we receive the parcel but I wasn't charged for it.

I only used YesStyle before. It was quite pleasant to find that Jolse has a lot of skincare products at lower prices than YesStyle. Oh yeah, they also give out much more samples.✨

The only drawback is that the range of products is not as big as from YesStyle. It would be nice if they added a product request section. Also, there are sme goods that YesStyle ends up being cheaper ( when I use coupons, rewards codes, and yesstyle points).

Overall, I give Jolse 5 stars because the experience was satisfying so far. I will continue to shop from Jolse and I do recommend visiting the website and give it a try.👍👍

Never buy from this website!!! Customer service is bad. If you bought products that didn't work on your skin or has caused you allergies you won't get a refund! They won't even apologize to you at all. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Слава богу я заказ не стала оформлять.Заинтересовалась этим магазином только из-за того что на iherb нет корейской декоративки в таком ассортименте. Вообщем изначально как зашла на этот сайт Jolse ,мне не понравилось: интерфейс и отсутствие обратной связи сразу оттолкнуло.Забавно было увидеть что в заполнении заказа - в графе ФИО у них ограниченное количество букв)) Ребусы по заполнению заказа я с горем по полам разобрала,и вот что скажу: Почему интересно нет выбора платежной системы в Российскую Федерацию? т.е. нам втюхивают этот злосчастный Пайпелл,который мне например нифиг не встал),и почему то в доставке точно также не дают выбора ограничиваясь "стандарт" кнопкой(я так поняла что эту доставку осуществляет ПОЧТА РОССЕЮШКИ) ,другие же варианты просто недоступны. Ну и нафига я буду себе создавать геморой простите ,если меня не устраивает то что они предлагают?.Служба поддержки только по мейлу,живого чата нет, и они вообще как видно не поняли о чём я им написала,ответы как пальцем в небо) По итогу, решила удалить аккаунт несмотря на большой выбор корейских производителей,всё же нужно учитывать все подводные камни,тем более выше уже написали что и возврата нет и отношение соответствующее.

I placed my order on the 2nd September and received it on the 13th September so I think that’s a decent amount of time considering the products are coming from Korea and I live in the UK.
The products were packaged well - each item was wrapped in bubble wrap inside the box and I received a lot of free samples which was a nice surprise. I will order from Jolse again.

I ordered 7 products of the same korean brand, all different ones. I only received 6, they messed up and forgot to ship out 1. I told them I need the product and for them to send out. Waiting patiently, I got the packaged, but it was the incorrect product. I reached out and told them to resend and they told me that they already sent out 2 parcels, they only can issue a refund. What kind of customer service is this? I just want the product that I ordered. Never again will I give my business to them.

Absolutely awful experience! Whne my package arrived I had to pay taxes! They never mentioned it on the website. Moreover the cost of shipping was 6€. Not recommended at all. There are so many way much better shops.

Less than 8 days from ordering to arrival in Ireland (with express shipping). As mentioned previously by others a good amount of samples received. Very competitive prices even with extra shipping cost.

It shipped the day after I ordered it, think I placed my order around 1pm. It took 12 days to arrive from Korea to the uk (standard shipping) and the parcel had a good amount of free samples which was a very nice surprise! Most prices are also a lot cheaper than other popular k-beauty websites such as my old favourite yesstyle. I wish I knew about Jolse sooner and can’t wait to order again with the remaining items on my wish list. Only annoyance is that the prices on the website are all in dollars and there is no setting to change it to pounds.

Ever since stylevana updated their website to EUR currency the prices of skincare are no joke. I live in the Netherlands and the prices are just to damn high.

I saved up for 125% (!!!) because of buying at Jolse instead of stylevana or just here in the Netherlands. I ordered the 15th this month, my package will arrive the 20th. Didn't had to pay for express shipping, that option was free of charge! Fasted delivery I've ever gotten (stylevana and yesstyle) and cheapest. What do you want more?

Soy de México y ya llevo varios pedidos en esta página, me encanta!! Excelentes precios, excelentes promociones, me encantan las Jolse Box son una maravilla y después de esta pandemia siento que mandan un montonal de muestras.
He leído varios comentarios que se quejan de ellos, por la cuestión de los impuestos. Yo creo que esto no tiene que ver tanto con ellos, sino con cada país y la paquetería que se utiliza.
En México ellos mandan por el servicio de paquetería local SEPOMEX, que es parte de Gobierno del país, cuando las compras son por ese medio se que no hay problema alguno en cuestión de impuestos. Sin embargo cuando excede de 50 usd y es enviado a través de DHL, UPS, Estafeta entre otras, estas paqueterías si cobran impuestos. Esto aplica con Jolse y otras tiendas. Creo que si es importante investigar los cobros de aduanas en sus países y la paquetería que ocupan, porque de ello depende si les cobren o no impuestos.

I placed my first order with Jolse and I’m very happy with the overall experience/purchase. I placed the order when they had their 4 Of July sale everything was discounted at such a great price, definitely way better than other sites. When placing my order I had chose the free shipping but after reading these review I emailed them and upgraded my order to DHL. I emailed them and they quickly responded within less than 24 hours and I paid the difference for the shipping. The next business they shipped my order out and I received it within 1 day. They also included so many full size samples which is rare with other companies! I’m very happy with their prices, customer services, and I love how easy it is to use their online store! I will be repurchasing from Jolse again!

Great customer service and an excellent shop. They truly have the best prices for Korean skincare and I have never had an issue with them. Additionally, they always add a bunch of testers to try out new products, which I genuinely appreciate. I myself am from Eastern Europe and I've learnt that buying from sites like Jolse ends up being way cheaper than buying from European resellers. I definitely recommend.

Buoni prezzi. Sono molto lenti con la spedizione e la dogana sarà sempre da pagare, nonostante tanti altri siti l'iva te la fanno pagare prima.
Il problema maggiore è l'asistenza clienti. Se prendete prodotti in promozione vi arriveranno aperti e l'assistenza non farà niente. Vi chiederà la bottiglia aperta indietro e le spese di spedizioni saranno a vostro carico, quindi costerà un sacco e non ne varrà la pena. Ma se una ditta fa promozioni dovrebbe mandare prodotti integri e non pericolosi per la salute della pelle. Quindi jolse va bene finchè non avrete bisogno dell'assistenza clienti.

Several days after making an order and paying with my RUB card I recieved a message that the items are not in stock and the transaction is cancelled. Jolse refunded the money but due to the different exchange rates amount I recieved was lower than I payed. For me as a customer it means that I can not trust an information on the site about the item being available and I risk with my money each time when I make a purchase.
I wish Jolse was more customer oriented company.

I really don’t recommend to order jolse.com.I ordered some cosmetics from Canada then they shiped it from Korea.I was waiting for almost 3 weeks,Tracking system updated to delivered but it didn't come.I asked courier but they didn't know so I asked jolse customer service but they didn’t know.Finally I couldn’t receive my item what I ordered.Jolse just had money.That is it.Terrible experience.

Long time customers with them for few years. Never had any problems up till now. Prices on some of their on sale products are cheap compared to other websites if you do your research. They are extremely generous with their free samples! I always get to test new products when they are introducing new skincare line/ brand into their websites. They carried a lot of common Korean skincare/ make up brands and still continue expanding their product line to some of the luxury brand as well. Shipping time is fast enough and minimum purchase to get FOC standard shipping is pretty affordable. Even though they do not carry a lot of "hard to get product" I always know I can always repurchase from them feeling safe and without worries. their website is always improving. :)

Just had a prawn passanda it was really disappointing. So bland and the sauce was like water. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Husband had chicken Jubily which was excellent.
