Restocking fee????
I bought a makeup bag online. Unfortunately, the canvas was too stiff to bend to fit into my carry-on bag. I returned the item within the 30 day cut-off. Between the postage to send it back and the restocking fee, it cost me about $25. $25 basically for nothing. I won't be buying from Jon Hart again.

Yes, our policy is to impose a restocking fee as most items are personalized and have to be re-sewn. The rigidity of our fabric is what makes it durable but it is also malleable. We’d like to understand more about the issue you had.
