The dance floor was never empty!
What a night! Nick and Danny (sax and Dj) absolutely made our wedding party! The communication between them was slick, they arrived and set up with no issues and also let guests at our wedding accept requests. They brought the vibe to our evening - the dancefloor was on fire all night!

Amazing DK
We had Lauren as our wedding DJ on Saturday night…absolutely amazing. We had a call first to discuss music types and Lauren absolutely smashed it, completely read the vibe of the room and knew exactly what to play and when. We also requested a group photo after the first dance followed immediately by a banger of a song and Lauren timed it to perfection…absolutely brilliant and would 1000% recommend

Northern House Band - A fabulous band for a celebration.
Northern House Band were a fabulous choice when selecting a band to provide the music for my 60th Birthday celebrations. Relaxed, upbeat and on trend with the latest sounds plus all the classic favourites. We were absolutely thrilled with the sound and vibe of the evening. Katie was really engaging and proactive in helping me create the perfect set list and professional throughout . A fabulous band and I would highly recommend .

We used Jonny Ross music to book a DJ for our recent wedding. From start to finish the whole experience was amazing - very easy to book, very professional, they have an incredible choice of bands or djs and lots of chance to ask questions or ask for advice as you are booking. A couple of weeks before the wedding we had a zoom call with our DJ which was so helpful to run through the vibe and music styles we wanted on the day. Then on the day, our DJ (Adam) played the best music and we danced all night long which is exactly what we wanted! Thank you so much! We would definitely recommend using Jonny Ross Music and DJ Adam!

Wow!! We booked the Northern House Band after seeing them perform at a friend’s wedding several years ago and knowing straight away that we would want them for our own.
From the booking process through to the day itself, everything was well organised and easy. Communication was clear and the band were professional throughout.
Our first dance to Your Song was performed beautifully, and the father-daughter dance was also excellent. Both moments were handled with great care and really added to the day.
The band received a lot of positive feedback from our guests, many of whom commented on how strong and polished the vocals were. My step-dad even said he didn’t realise at first that it was a live band because both singers sounded so good.
The choice of music worked very well for the evening and kept the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. We would happily recommend Northern House Band and Jonny Ross Music to anyone looking for a high-quality and reliable wedding band!

The fact you saw Northern House Band at a friend’s wedding and knew straight away you wanted them for your own is such a compliment. That’s exactly how great live wedding bands should work — you feel it in the room and it sticks with you.
We’re really glad the whole booking process felt smooth and organised too. Planning wedding entertainment should feel exciting, not stressful, so it’s good to know everything from communication through to the big day landed how it should.
Your first dance to Your Song was such a special moment. Live bands at weddings carry those moments differently, and we’re so pleased it felt beautiful and personal. The father-daughter dance as well — those are the parts of a wedding that stay with people, so hearing they were handled with care means a lot.
The feedback about the vocals will make the band smile. When guests can’t quite believe it’s a live band because it sounds that polished, that’s always a win.

Tom & Laurence are such a strong DJ and sax combo, so we’re buzzing it felt that way on your wedding night. A great Wedding DJ set is all about reading the room properly, and when you add live saxophone into the mix it just lifts the whole atmosphere without it feeling forced.
Really glad the communication beforehand felt easy too. Planning wedding entertainment should feel straightforward, especially when you’re juggling a hundred other things.
It’s always a good sign when guests are coming up with compliments — that usually means the dancefloor did its job. DJ and sax at a wedding can completely change the energy of the evening, and it sounds like it landed exactly how it should have.

DJ - Adam Carpenter
We had our wedding at Rudding Park on 22.12.2025, and the DJ, Adam, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He played such a fantastic playlist that perfectly suited the evening and kept the dance floor full all night long. Everyone was up dancing, and the energy never dropped, he really knew how to read the room and keep the party going.
Adam had great communication leading up to the day, and I told him we didn’t want a traditional first dance, but he suggested doing a group first dance to get the party started after the sparklers and cake cutting. I’m so glad he did because it was amazing and really did kick off the party!
So many of our guests commented on how great the music was, and he kept the celebrations going right through until midnight without missing a beat. We couldn’t have asked for a better atmosphere to end our special day. Highly recommended!

Adam will love this. Rudding Park just before Christmas is always special, and it sounds like the Wedding DJ set landed exactly how it should have. Keeping a dancefloor full all night isn’t luck — it’s reading the room properly, knowing when to lift it and when to let it breathe. Sounds like he nailed it.
We love that you went for the group first dance. Not everyone wants the traditional spotlight moment, and sometimes flipping it into a big shared start to the party is exactly what a wedding needs. After sparklers and cake cutting, that’s such a strong way to kick things off.
Great communication in the run-up is something we really focus on as well. Planning wedding entertainment should feel easy, not stressful, so it’s brilliant to hear that side of it worked smoothly.

Marc and Abi were amazing from start to…
Marc and Abi were amazing from start to finish. They encouraged everyone to the dance floor for the cake cutting and first dance, then we went straight into the first dance with a jam packed dance floor. The floor stayed filled for the rest of the night as Abi and Marc went straight into their set. Abi’s ability to switch from vocals to the trumpet without her voice breaking or missing a beat was mesmerising. Marc’s loop pedal skills also meant the 3 member band felt like a 5 member band! Our friends and family kept coming over to say how amazing they were. Engaged friends also said they’d converted them and they’d be looking at bands for their weddings too.
My partner and I absolutely loved the vibes and talent Abi and Marc brought and we will cherish that feeling forever.
