Great equipment prompt and responsive company I will definitely use again

Prompt efficient service cannot fault at all and will use again

As a commercial gym owner, I have been a loyal customer of Jordan Fitness for many years, spending a significant amount of money with them. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been unacceptable and has completely lost them my custom.

I ordered two ex-demo kettlebells, described as “may have cosmetic marks.” However, only one was delivered, despite being charged for two. The kettlebell I did receive was in terrible condition, with chunks missing from the handle and heavily soiled, clearly having been heavily used. This is far worse than “cosmetic marks” and is completely unacceptable for any product, let alone one intended for professional use.

When I contacted Jordan Fitness to arrange a return, Aislin Roberts (Sales Support Administrator) informed me that I would incur a return charge. Considering their failure to fulfil my order correctly and the poor condition of the item, this is appalling customer service.

This experience has destroyed my trust in Jordan Fitness, and I will no longer be using them as a supplier. I strongly advise others—especially commercial gyms—to think twice before purchasing from them.

The parcel arrived quickly and in good condition

Absolutely faultless. Ordered Sunday evening, FedEx shipping notification sent Monday lunchtime, and received the following day. Also, the cheapest around for the product I needed (Pulseroll ball) when factoring in their 10% new customer discount

I did a general Google search for a particular weight of dumbbells, in a pair. I clicked on the Jordan Fitness product as it looked exactly what I was looking for at a price I had roughly hoped for. I ordered them, they arrived quickly with free postage (good for heavy dumbbells). They were perfectly fine when they arrived. Very pleased with the purchase and experience.

I bought a punch bag from this company and unfortunately there was a minor defect with it. I spoke with Diana Albuquerque the Reseller Account Manager and she sorted out a next day pick-up of the old bag and delivery of a new punch bag, not only that, but the company included some freebies for the inconvenience. Now 6 months on and that punch bag has taken a daily battering. I can say for sure it's a really good quality product that will last for years, and the customer service was second to none, 5 star rating from me.

Love this kit! Used at my gym and bought a set to use at home. Great quality and good value.

Great selection but it was the cast iron kettlebell made in Norfolk that I was really interested in. Very impressed

Ordered for the first time.. dumbbell arrived broken. Opened the already split box and the rubber end of the dumbbell dropped on my foot which was badly bruised. I was so excited about receiving my item as just starting with pt at the gym. That had to be put on hold. I emailed on 1st of June and 10 days later, still no resolution. Very poor communication as I have had nothing apart from a quick email to say this is passed to the management team. Do not buy from this company. If there’s an issue don’t expect a reply

Mon conjoint m'a commandé un kit de barre + poids.

Anciennement inscrite dans une salle de sport qui utilise les mêmes produits je voulais absolument ceux la.

Il reussi a passer la commande pour mon anniversaire avec une certaine Diana. Finalité nous n'avons reçu que la barre le transporteur nous a affirmé que meme s'il était noté remis il pouvait y avoir un retard sur la livraison des poids qui n'est pas considérer comme prioritaire, nous avons patienté, puis relancé Diana qui nous a confirmer que c'étais trop tard pour le remboursement.

Aujourd'hui, nous devons payer les frais de douane pour le colis que nous n'avons pas reçu je vous laisse imagine le tarif pour un kit de poids, sans compter le montant du kit dont je n'ai recu que la barre sans poids ( aucune utilité ) ravie de voir que certains sont satisfait et qu'ils ont eu la chance de recevoir leurs colis en intégralité.
Pour mon avis si vous êtes en France évité de commander.
1. le transporteur sous traite, les appels pour le suivis du colis sont payants. (Je vous laisse imaginer les cout de fils que j'ai passé pour le suivi)
2. Diana ne fait pas de geste commercial.
Merci pour le cadeau d'anniversaire, la barre est top ! Mais ca fait chère pour une barre.
Ps. Nous sommes toujours ouvert pour un remboursement.

The products on offer are great and the product I bought is excellent. I’m very happy with it.

Sadly the delivery group, Tuffnells, are nothing short of appalling - not great to have a ‘partner’ dismantle your business reputation.

However, Sarah in the Jordan Fitness customer care team was wonderfully responsive and helpful - saved the day.

A good delivery would have made this an easy 5 star …

Absolute appalling company to deal with. As an email subscriber I received a Black Friday early access code for 15% off. Thinking I was getting a good deal for Black Friday I ordered the item I wanted. Prior to the item being delivered in its entirety I received another email with Black Friday offers, one of which was the item I ordered substantially cheaper! Understandably feeling conned I contacted sales who were an absolute waste of time ‘sorry nothing we can do’ utter nonsense, they just couldn’t be bothered. You can usually tell how good a company is by how they react when something goes wrong. This was just appalling service. After playing ping pong with emails all morning they did say I could have my order collected at my cost then re-order the same item cheaper……which they would have to deliver free as it was above the threshold! What was the point in that, it would cost them more in the end! Shocking experience, do yourself a favour and order from a reputable company with a good customer service charter not this shambolic business, just in case something goes wrong, as you will just get fobbed off. I have only given 1 star as there was no option for zero. Hopefully after reading the review of my experience it will put you off ordering from this company and ultimately cost them a lot more than the few pounds it would have cost them to keep a customer happy and the glowing review I would have given them based on there response. Hopefully if the leadership of the business reads this they will investigate and realise I am just a genuine little customer who rightly feels conned and does something to turn the situation around……although based on my experience I doubt that will happen.
